Your first session — you are heard, fully

We start by talking. Laura listens — really listens — to your story, your patterns and what smoking has meant for you. Then we begin the EFT and hypnotherapy work, gently and at your pace. Many clients feel a noticeable shift within the first session.

Questions people ask

It varies from person to person. Some clients experience a profound shift after a single session. For most people, the Freedom Programme of three sessions over six weeks creates the deepest and most lasting change. We'll discuss what feels right for you before you commit to anything.
Not at all. Some clients come wanting to stop completely right now. Others want to reduce gradually and see how they feel. Others aren't even sure yet — they just know they want to feel less controlled by the habit. All of these are completely fine starting points. We follow your lead.
This is the most common thing Laura hears. Patches, apps, medication, cold turkey — all of them fight the craving. None of them address the anxiety underneath it. That's the difference here.
